Practice tables use simulations, not real match results. AI opponents are labelled. No cash stakes or cash payouts.

Your first run

Four moves. One story.

  1. Build your five

Search by player or team. Mix stars with value picks to stay within 10 CAP. No duplicate players.

  2. Make your call

Choose one Captain for 1.5× points. Read any skill’s upside and downside before you commit.

  3. Lock. Reveal. Learn.

Lock the hand, follow your sport’s phases, then open View settlement to see why you won or lost.

  4. Save your story

Keep completed results in My Locker. Try changing one decision next game, not your whole approach.

NBAFind value. Beat the rival.5 basketball players

How to win

Score more fantasy points to beat the locked AI rival target. Equal scores are a tie.

Your key decision

Balance the star you Captain with the value in your other four slots. Compare projections, availability and roles; a projection is not a promise.

Scoring to know

Your five player scores include the Captain multiplier. An equipped NBA Strategy Card applies its own stated bonus or penalty. Read that trigger before locking.

Draft → Captain & strategy → Lock → Reveal → Settlement

Play NBA
F1Read the grid. Run the garage.4 drivers + 1 Constructor

How to win

Outscore the simulated AI field across the weekend. Qualifying, race finish, grid movement and reliability all matter.

Your key decision

After qualifying, take zero or one same-role swap during Grid Reaction, still within 10 CAP. Driver for driver, Constructor for Constructor. Then lock the race.

Scoring to know

Captain must be a driver; the Constructor cannot be Captain. Its score uses 35% of its two drivers’ base totals plus the reliability adjustment, without a Captain multiplier.

Garage → Qualifying Lock → Grid Reaction → Race Lock → Debrief

Play F1
TennisRead the draw. Survive the rounds.5 tennis players

How to win

Build the stronger tournament total. Match wins, sets, games, aces and break points contribute; lost sets and double faults can cost points.

Your key decision

Use surface fit and the draw to weigh a favourite against a value player. Captain the player you back to deliver across the run.

Scoring to know

Captain multiplies that player’s fantasy score by 1.5. Walkovers do not create played-match points; suspended matches stay unsettled. Compare scores within Tennis, not against NBA or F1.

Play Tennis
GolfBack the scorer. Respect the cut.5 golfers

How to win

Build a tournament total through birdies, cut survival and finishing position. Bogeys and worse can reduce your score.

Your key decision

Balance scoring upside with finishing reliability. The optional, free Birdie Hunt skill backs your Captain to finish with 12+ birdies.

Scoring to know

Birdie Hunt: +6 if the Captain finishes with 12+ birdies; otherwise −6, including a cut, withdrawal or disqualification. Captain did not start: 0. Eagles are not birdies. Added once after Captain 1.5×, never multiplied.

Scout the field → Tee Lock → Follow the rounds → Clubhouse → Settlement

Play Golf

Know what changes the result

Skill. Not a shinier card.

CAP, rarity and skills are different things

CAP is the lineup cost, not a card’s collectible edition. Rarity never changes points, Captain strength or legality. Base cards can compete. Coach Plans do not add points: they help you think. NBA Strategy Cards and Golf’s Birdie Hunt are separate scoring choices, with their effects explained before lock.

Practice is not ranked or a real sports result

A Practice result is a simulated game, not a real NBA, racing, tennis or golf result. It does not award competitive rank points. The table’s mode label is the source of truth; a forecast is never a guaranteed score. Do not compare raw totals between sports.

After the final whistle

Keep the result. Improve the read.

Open View settlement after a finished game for the score breakdown. My Locker holds your match history.
